Shipping Policy

Due to the high demand, please allow us 2 to 5 days to process and ship out your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation, via email, with a tracking number.

Domestic Orders (US)

Depending on supply availability, your order may be shipped out either from our California warehouse or direct from our manufacturing facility. If shipped from California, please allow 1 to 5 days for delivery. If shipped direct from our factory, please allow 7-10 days for delivery. International Orders (OUTSIDE OF US)

All international orders are processed within 2-5 days. You should allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery, depending on the product, country and processing times with local customs offices.

If your order has not arrived within 3 weeks from shipping confirmation, then contact us via our email support@traegoods.com and we will gladly assist you in tracking and/or expediting your order.

The TRAE team will send you an order status confirmation once your order has been fulfilled and is ready for shipment, including a tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Address (Policy)

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that his or her own address is correct when placing an order. Orders are typically fulfilled within 24-48 hours after they are placed into our system. Unfortunately if your order has already been processed and shipped, we can no longer make any changes to your shipping address. If a second shipment is required to a corrected address, it is the responsibility of the customer to incur the cost of shipping.
