How do you clean the LIGHTHOUSE?
No cleaning is necessary! Just replace the filter every 6 months (depending on air quality and usage).
Do you sell replacement filters?
Yes we do! Each LIGHTHOUSE comes with an extra filter (1 per order), but should you need another filter, visit our HEPA Filter Replacement page or reach out to us at support@traegoods.com and we'll set you up!
How often should you replace the HEPA H13 filter?
The HEPA filter will last for at least 6 months. We recommend replacing it at this time, depending on air quality and usage.
Do you offer warranty?
Yes! Each purchase comes with a 30-day, risk-free warranty, beginning at the time of delivery. If you have any issues within this period, reach out to us at support@traegoods.com and we'll take care of you!
What is your return policy?
If you're unhappy with your purchase, which will be highly unlikely (we're confident in our products 😅 ), we'll be happy to provide you with a return label and refund your purchase, within 30 days of delivery.
How long does shipping take?
For all domestic orders, it usually takes 24 hours to process and ship out your package. We ship all orders via USPS from California (1-7 day shipping). For international orders, it will take 1-3 days to process and 5-12 days for delivery (in many cases, this will be sooner).
